About MoldInspectionMap
MoldInspectionMap is a public directory of state-licensed mold assessors, built entirely from state license registries. It is operated by Squidcode LLC.
Why this exists
If you search for a mold inspector, almost everyone calls themselves "certified" — but in a few states, mold assessment is a licensed profession with a verifiable, state-issued credential. That distinction is hard to find and easy to fake. We make it simple: a directory that lists only the assessors a state has actually licensed, copied straight from the state's records, with the license number so you can confirm it.
Who operates it
MoldInspectionMap is built and maintained by Squidcode LLC, an independent software studio. We are not a mold inspection company, not affiliated with any licensing board, and we do not perform, refer, or sell mold services. We are the transparent operator of this data directory — we have not invented any reviewer names or credentials.
How it's funded
The site is supported by advertising and affiliate links (for example, to mold test kits and air-quality products). Affiliate or ad revenue never affects which assessors are listed or in what order — listings come only from the state registry, and no one can pay to be added, removed, or ranked.
Corrections
Our data reflects the state registry as of the date shown on each page. If a record looks wrong, the authoritative source is the state itself — see the verify link on every page. For anything about the site, contact us via squidcode.com.
